TDEE Calculator

As a subscriber you will have access to the Total Daily Energy Expenditure Calculator. The TDEE is an equation to tell the user how many calories a day they burn. Type in a range of data including things like age, sex, weight, body fat and daily activity level. Nutrition will absolutely make or break your health and fitness goals.

Knowing EXACTLY how many calories a day you burn is critical to determine the number of calories a day you need to consume in order to gain weight, lose weight or maintain your weight.

Macro Calculator

Once you determine the TDEE, below the TDEE you will see a Macro Calculator chart. This chart gives you the option of choosing maintenance, weight loss or weight gain as your goal. Within each goal, you will see 3 different macronutrient plans to follow.

Each macro plan within the goal equates to the same total amount of calories consumed but it allows you to choose the plan you feel you can sustain the longest.
